Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the Kre8r application, a content production platform operated by 7 Kin Homestead. By using Kre8r, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kre8r application (Kre8r) ("the platform", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Kre8r is a private content production platform. Access is restricted to authorized users granted credentials by 7 Kin Homestead (Jason Rutland), the platform operator.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Kre8r only for its intended purpose: managing, producing, and distributing content for 7 Kin Homestead's creator channels.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to publish content that violates the terms of service of any connected platform (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its underlying systems.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the platform's source code without authorization.
• Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Kre8r integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, YouTube (Google), Instagram, and Facebook (Meta) via their respective APIs. By connecting these integrations, you:

• Authorize Kre8r to perform actions on your behalf on those platforms (posting videos, reading analytics) as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform, including but not limited to:
  • TikTok Terms of Service
  • YouTube Terms of Service
  • Meta Terms of Service
• Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content published through those integrations.

Kre8r is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Google, Meta, or any other third-party platform.

4. TikTok-Specific Terms

When using Kre8r to post content to TikTok via the TikTok Content Posting API, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the authorized owner or licensee of all content you publish.
• You will accurately disclose commercial content and branded content as required by TikTok's policies.
• You will set appropriate privacy settings for each post (public, friends, or private).
• You will not use Kre8r to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines.
• You may revoke Kre8r's TikTok access at any time through your TikTok account settings.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you create, store, and publish using Kre8r. 7 Kin Homestead / Kre8r does not review content before publication and is not liable for content that violates platform policies, applicable law, or third-party rights.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you publish through the platform, including music, images, video footage, and trademarks.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kre8r platform, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of 7 Kin Homestead. Content you create using the platform remains your property.

AI-generated content (scripts, captions, etc.) produced using Kre8r is generated on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publication.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Kre8r is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the platform will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7 Kin Homestead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost content, missed publication windows, or platform account actions taken by third parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Kre8r after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
